A 48 hour fast followed by a feast ๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ Maybe not the best way to do it. The hardest part was the 4 hour window before the fast was to end. I couldnโt stop thinking about food even though I didnโt have hunger pangs. #fast
@vikramadhiman @skeptic_varun The bread I buy at a farmers market stays soft for a couple of days. It is still good to eat after that but hardens considerably & needs to be put in an oven to soften it. Bread from a supermarket will grow mouldy before it hardens (& it never hardens).
@The1stReporter Putting off stuff results in instant gratification but the debt piles up & transforms into unease, anxiety. This manifests itself (eg. stress eating) which then snowballs into other things. Decide upfront what you want to deal with. This was from my coach.
I relocated to #London 30 days ago & have never walked so much on a sustained, daily basis. I like my @on_running Cloudgo shoes but the heel is too soft. Now looking for trainers I can do 15k steps/day in but with a slightly firmer heel.

18/n There is an advantage for leaders to talk about their own regrets. This will help others in their teams to surface their own vulnerabilities. People donโt think less of us when we mention our regrets. Rather, the opposite can be true.
