When trains are delayed for hours, at the very least passengers should be provided adequate waiting facilities, especially when many of us are travelling with confirmed AC tickets and have already paid significant fares & taxes. Requesting @RailwaySeva @drmljn to look into this

Passengers plan their entire journey and connecting travel according to the schedule provided by Indian Railways, and such long delays without proper facilities at the station are causing huge inconvenience and financial loss.

@g0yall Adding to this issue — because of the unexpected 4+ hour delay of Train 15057 (GKP–ANVT Express) from Gorakhpur, we are now at serious risk of missing our onward train from Delhi to Chandigarh, which was booked specifically based on the original arrival time.

Extremely disappointed with the experience at @RailwaySeva and @IRCTCofficial today at @nerailwaygkp Gorakhpur railway station.

Train GKP ANVT Express was first delayed by 2 hours and then again delayed by another 2 hours, even though the train originates from Gorakhpur itself.
