No rebooking, compensation or anything. You are even charging cancellation fees even though you were at fault. Your cost is not the only one we have to swallow as hotels are now sunk costs as well. Absolutely brutal service. Apparently this happens all the time @flairairlines
@flairairlines your customer service today was horrible at @yvrairport . Your check in desk reps left their post early by 20 mins and ended up stranding 7 passengers as all 7 passengers missed their flight not because they were late but because your reps didn’t finish their job
