지방, 신축아파트
- 19년말 2.3억 매수(투자금 1천,전세2.2억)
- 23년6월 2.9억 매도, 양도차익 세후 4천(수익률400%)
- 보유기간 3.5년, 원래 2년후 매도계획이었으나 임대차3법&코로나&금리인상하락기 를 맞아 강제 홀딩..

살땐 내마음대로 아무때나 살 수 있지만
팔땐 누군가 나타났을때만 팔 수 있고
언제 올지 모르지만 갑자기 등장
아직 심리는 올라오지 않았지만 현 시세보다 더 높게 계약했으므로 매도

예상과 달리 매수자는 투자자가 아니라 실거주 수요자. 다만 당장 입주할게 아니라 전세낀집을 찾았는데 우리집이 적당했던 것.. 잘사셨다고 생각함

앞으로 더 오를거라 생각하지만
다음 투자를 위해 매도..
(누수 공사 비용으로 쓰일수도..ㅠ)

수도권에 이어 지방도 투자자 매수가 늘어나고 있고 실거래도 찍힘.

보통 CPG가 상승하면 가격이 상승하였고 CPG가 하락한 뒤에 비트코인이 조금 더 상승이 나오다가 하락하는 경우가 많았습니다.

지금 CPG가 하락하고 있으므로, 단기적으로 비트코인이 더 상승할 가능성이 보이지만 계속되는 상승보다는 다시 조정구간을 겪게 될 것 같습니다. CPG의 움직임을 유심히 볼 필요가 있습니다.

하락에 길게 분할매수로 접근하시고 계시는 분들은 이대로 오르기보다는 조정이나 하락을 더 반기게 되며, 이대로 상승하더라도 뒤늦게 접근하는 매수자들보��� 훨신 앞서게 됩니다.

차트 프레임을 넓게 보면 시장의 변동에 상대적으로 덜 힘들고 덜 ���들리며,

주식도 부동산도 코인도 모두 큰 프레임에서 하락과 상승이 반복되며 우상향 하는데, 단순하게 하락이 많이 되었을 때 사고 상승이 많이 되었을 때 파는 것이 승률 높은 전략입니다.

최저점에서 사고 최고점에서 파는 것은 99% 운이기 때문에 분할매수와 분할매도를 통해 무릎근처에서 평단이 형성되고 어깨근처에서 매도가 가능합니다(사이클 관점).

추가로 이미 상승장이 확실 할 때 들어가는 것은 제가 크립토시장에서 겪은 2번의 사이클에서 경험 한 바, 리스크가 수 배로 커집니다.
