@RailwaySeva @drmadiwr I hv recd a response on Rail Madad stating Segregated area f4 lactating women is arranged in Waiting hall. I hv uploaded the photo of Waiting hall. It is absolutely unhygienic and there is no segregated area for lactating mothers. Such an insensitive and irresponsible reply.

Shocking! Ahmedabad Railway Station has no waiting room (under renovation), no temporary facility, no baby feeding room.
We had to book a hotel for 2 hrs layover.
Passengers forced to sleep on platforms & lobby!

My mother has been hospitalized since 25th Sep 2025. We availed cashless facility, but even after providing all required documents, our claim isn’t approved. @careinsuranceIN keeps asking for more docs & our agent is unhelpful. No direct support, only IVR. Discharge is stuck.

Coach position - 2nd from CSMT side. (Train timings 3.41pm at Thane Station and 5.26pm at Kasara)
It has his original id proofs, umbrella and Medical card.
Please help.
