@BCHCEngineering Love this … and it takes me back to 2018-2019 when we were conceiving this program (from soup to nuts). This creative expression made my day Charlie, Kiana, Julia and Vanessa. Thanks
It's been a truly demanding first week as Chief Minister. It's hands-on, full swing, and all-encompassing. However, my two bosses, @PresidentBio and @VP_Jalloh, make the work feel lighter. Every minute, we are doing something to make life better for citizens. Every minute!
Today is the last day of classes for the fall semester. The Department of Engineering is so thankful to all the hard-working students and supporters of the HCE program this semester. We wish everyone good luck on finals, and hope everyone keeps on learning!
Congratulations to Biology Professor Phil Landrigan '63, M.D., founding director of the Program for Global Public Health and the Common Good, who received the @SocSciInstitute's Gold Honor Medal. https://t.co/J3dEYfz0XY
This past Sunday, HCE's Core Complex Problems course Making the Modern World held a Design Conference. For the past seven weeks, students designed prototypes to increase accessibility on our campus. These models were presented to other students and guest judges!

Meet Ella McKee, Class of 2026! Ella is from Glastonbury, Connecticut.
Ella says that "The HCE program is creating future engineers who care not just about how to solve a problem, but how their chosen solution will affect the world around them."
Last night, Boston College held its annual tree lighting event. Hot chocolate and cookies were served while students enjoyed a holiday performance from several arts groups!
