@nch1915 please intimate what action is taken by your organisation against a service provider who commits that the Consumer grievance will be addressed as demanded but doesn't honour it? How to refer such cases to you?
@RBI just a wild thought... like we have commemorative postage stamps and special occasion coins - why can't we have special occasion currency notes? Please think about implementing the suggestion maybe on a trial basis.
@IncomeTaxIndia how can an individual taxpayer know that his AIS has been finalized so that he can file his income tax return? If possible the taxpayer may be intimated by mail or sms
@raghav_chadha a good job has been done by reducing price of few snacks in select airports. Please do something similar in multiplexes where prices of beverages and snacks are sky high.
@JioCare has the best way to deal with consumer complaints - make a commitment before @nch1915, never honour it. Then when customer reminds, give standard template replies to frustrate him. Offer to call him publically, but never call. Confiscate amount and grow. Hats off!

I had raised a complaint #6998849 against @JioCare and @reliancejio on @nch1915. The company formally agreed to refund the amount, but the commitment has not been honoured till date. Despite repeated reminders, I only receive standard template replies and silence on real issue.

Wonder what happens to @JioCare and @reliancejio when reminded about their written commitment made before @nch1915 to close a complaint which was never turned into action! They're quick for copy paste replies, seek DM for phone number to call... but no calls ever received.

It is surprising that an organization like @JioCare can give only standard copy paste replies and maintains silence when specifically asked about honoring the commitment made before @nch1915 to refund a small amount in order to close a consumer complaint.

@JioCare No use of "show off" in public that you care to resolve complaints of consumers. The messages are not replied for days together as you're on a weak foot. @JioCare made a commitment before @nch1915 just to close a complaint but never honored it despite several referrals. Shame!
