@Wall_St_Custo@buddha6971 @cathcam @MarkHamill Clearly you are the sort of person who should support Trump - you sound as selfish and transactional as he is. “If anything benefits ME then it doesn’t matter whether it benefits others; I’m proof enough of the benefit. ME ME ME.” You’re in for a rude awakening if your guy wins.
@LaraLeaTrump Ummmmmm…are we supposed to feel sorry for you because you’re a mediocre singer or because you have had a few “problems” (nobody knows the trouble you’ve seen!), or because you had to spend your own money to produce this bit of banality?
Just wondering if all these Trump
turncoats and sycophants have paused to ask themselves how well things turn out for people who back dictators? I mean, even if they get to live it up for a while, the “fun” never lasts. Plus there’s the whole history reviles you part too…
@ProudPatriot247 @Liz_Cheney You do realize that photo is from when Mr. Trump was a Democrat, prochoice, and not pretending to care about Christian values, right? You’re worshipping a con man, a grifter, a philanderer, and an indicted candidate - for leader of the free world…
Mr. Trump claims he DOES have half a billion and would rather spend it on his campaign. (Surprise, surprise - he hasn’t spent his own money campaigning since 2016…so just another “alternate fact” for his base to suck on.)
@naretevduorp Bless your heart. Facts matter - and treating people who get their information from fact-starved sources with respect is the long game - and I agree that it’s the only way a few minds might be opened to questioning their sources. I applaud you, sir!
@CnsrvtvKiki@TheRickWilson Well, “a takedown of Trump” -whose alleged crimes have been enough to convince grand juries to recommend indictments - would actually BE justice. Finally.
@BrentHBaker @GStephanopoulos @RepNancyMace Poor Ms. Mace. All she can do is continue to play the victim in order to get George to stop asking her a very clear and simple question about the contradictory stand she has take by endorsing Trump. Of course she should explain why she supports a convicted sex offender.
I’m a proud Democrat, but I don’t think I’d support a con artist for President even if he, too, were a Democrat. Promising amazing things for me while denying the rights and threatening the safety of fellow citizens unlike me will never get my vote.
I have developed a theory in response to so many Republicans endorsing Trump, especially those who should know better. (Like anyone in government.)
They are protecting themselves - I mean, they’re cowards and sycophants, but protecting themselves comes before their oath.
Every Republican knows that if Trump wins and they didn’t support him, they’re toast. They also know that if Trump loses, which I believe he will, President Biden would not seek retribution. That means they’ll be safe either way - at least in a Faustian bargain sort of way.
@sceptic100@EdKrassen Trump Projection yet again. Every descriptor is applicable to the former President in full measure and barely at all to the current President. I mean, we’re all mean-spirited and self-centered once in a while, but the other stuff pretty much just describes Mr. Trump.
@JohnSchierbaum @naretevduorp Inform yourself before you go making really uninformed “gotcha” points - which are anything but. Every single SOTU speech is crafted by a cadre of writers, begins months before the actual speech, and is edited many times, practiced over and over, and finally delivered.
