Suggestions for a good neutral daily trainer shoes? Preferably the ones which are discounted. Endophrins speed 3, Novablast 3, Hoka Mach5 are hardly discounted. Was using Saucony Triumph 20, these days they hardly run on discount. @geeksonfeet@runkarthikrun@suneelkoyi
@calmleesunk8@geeksonfeet@runkarthikrun@suneelkoyi Triumph 20 is ❤️. When I had it, I never knew that it was not a speed or race day shoe and I ended up running my TMM in them, got a PB. It stood up to all the challenges, be it speed runs or tempo. I miss them not being on discount 😃

Last hard workout before #TataMumMarathon. 2 miles *3 @HM goal Pace -10 second. I clearly went faster than the plan, this is something that many runners including me needs to get better at i.e. controlling the urge to go faster during threshold repeats. #runner#Training
Famous running coach Jack Daniels in his book Daniel's running formula mentions that we should be clear about the outcome we expect from a certain running workout and not get carried away into grey zone while executing it.
What an end to 2022. I finally have a Sub 2 hr HM under my bag. I started taking running seriously starting this March and like many runners pushed myself to ankle and knee injury within a month. It was a setback and frustrating to see fellow runners run from Home. #runners
Today's run gives me the motivation and makes me even more dedicated towards running. Hopefully I will keep putting in the hard work next year and become a better runner and inspire others to run too.

For folks who don't have a running coach but wants to follow a balanced training approach, I would recommend referring to plan by Hanson (if you have been running for few months now), or Hal Higdon's plan if you are new to running.
