Typical day for creators in 2025, @TeamYouTube, huh?
Guys, only together can we change this.
This video isn’t just for me — it’s for all of us.

@TeamYouTube@YouTube
Have muted me :(
Not i can’t get justice.
My crime?
I wasn’t famous enough to get a human review so YouTube banned me for life.
No amount of post I’ll make will have any effect now.
Only hope is if YouTube admit their mistake and fix channels themselves.
I’m just 20 years old… and for the last two months my life has felt like it’s been collapsing slowly, day by day...
I’m not a big @YouTube creator. I’m not backed by any agency or company. I’m just a 20 years old boy who lived alone in a small rented room, earning and managing everything by giving tuitions, woke up every morning with one dream.. to create educational documentaries that actually help students learn.
I spent 14,15 hours every day researching, scripting, editing, designing, recording… all alone. Every rupee I earned, whether from tuition fee or savings, I invested into learning new skills and producing premium-quality content. No shortcuts. No copy-paste. Just pure hard work, honesty, and a dream to make my state proud by creating something meaningful.
My channel wasn’t just a channel… it was my identity, my purpose, my connection with thousands of students who trusted me and waited for my documentaries. I spent nearly two months preparing a high-quality educational film that I was supposed to upload on October 2. Everything was ready the research, the visuals, the narration, the editing. I had never been so proud of my work.
But on the night of October 1, just hours before uploading, my entire channel was deleted.
Everything I had built with years of effort… gone in one moment.
That night changed my life. And for the last 2 months, I’ve been living in constant mental pain. Waking up every day with the same question: “Why didn’t they hear me? Why didn’t they check my content even once?” I kept appealing, begging for a human review, explaining that my past mistakes on old channels should not destroy a completely fresh channel where I worked honestly and tirelessly.
But I got no real answer. Just automated replies. Just silence.
At 20, dealing with this alone has been extremely tough. Already carrying family tension & many more.. Some days I don’t even feel like myself. It’s hard to see everything you built with your own hands disappear, especially when you know how much of your life you put into it. But still… I hold hope. The hope that someone will finally listen. That my channel my work, my identity will be given a fair chance.
Please… look at my case once with human eyes.
Please give me one chance to continue teaching the thousands of students who believed in me.
I’ve put my heart into this platform.
I still have hope that @TeamYouTube will listen. 🙏🏻💔

YouTube is letting AI serve as Judge, Jury, and Executioner.
This isn't speculation — millions of channels are being banned for life under the “ Spam / Deceptive Practices / Scams ” policy by bots that can’t understand context.
The scariest part? The appeals are automated too. If the machine makes a mistake, you lose your career. No human verification. No mercy.
My channel (Chase Car) is the proof:
➡️Demonetized by AI
➡️ Manually CLEARED by Human Reviewer and monetized again
➡️ Soon Terminated by AI for “Spam / Deceptive Practices / Scams”
➡️ Appeal rejected by AI instantly
➡️I WON a formal legal decision from a European Union certified settlement body ruling that the termination was not rightful
➡️Still banned while the legal decision remains unaddressed for 4 months
Community Guidelines are important, but creators deserve real human review.
If you’ve been falsely banned, reply with your story + tag @ TeamYouTube. Let’s show them the REAL scale of this failure!
#YouTubeAIWrongedCreators
YouTube banned millions of creators many of them innocent and relying on the platform for their livelihood. These actions may violate EU consumer protection rules, transparency obligations, and Digital Services Act requirements
Creators deserve clarity, due process, @vonderleyen
"YouTube is banning creators without providing proof of violations. According to the EU Digital Services Act, platforms must give clear evidence and a proper appeal process. Ignoring these obligations is a serious breach of EU law, putting creators’ livelihoods at risk. #DSA
So I’ve made a complaint and send it to YouTube’s legal team. After weeks of waiting, here is the answer I got back from them.
I don’t know what to say, you are free to take your own conclusions, but knowing the standards lately, I am not surprised at all of this answer.

🔴New update
After 97 days of waiting, I finally received the “final decision” from @TeamYouTube on my three terminated channels.
But after reviewing all official emails, timestamps, and YouTube’s own explanations, the outcome reveals serious inconsistencies that raise major concerns about the accuracy of these reviews.
Here are the verifiable facts:
1-Channel OEN (terminated August 16th) — four different explanations over time
This channel was removed first, and the official email on August 16th stated:
• “Circumvention of our policies.”
Then over the next weeks, I received different and conflicting reasons:
• “Linked to another violative channel.”
• “Reused content from a banned user.”
• “Community Guidelines violation.”
And now, in the final DM, YouTube says the real reason was:
• “Terms of Service violation.”
That’s five different explanations for the same channel.
2-YouTube claims OEN was removed because it was linked to two other channels — but those channels were terminated AFTER it
Here are the actual dates:
• Channel OEN — terminated August 16
• Channel #1 — terminated August 21
• Channel #2 — terminated October 22 (67 days later)
Yet YouTube’s final message claims OEN was removed because it was linked to these channels — even though those channels didn’t get terminated until after OEN was already gone.
The timeline simply does not support their explanation.
3- The reasons YouTube gave changed multiple times across email, chat support, and Twitter DMs
I now have:
• The original emails with the stated reasons,
• The follow-up support emails with different reasons,
• The private messages offering entirely new explanations,
• And the most recent clarification giving yet another separate reason.
All of these will be attached publicly in this thread.
4- This raises an important question for creators and journalists:
Was any human review actually performed — or were all decisions carried over from an early automated flag?
The repeated contradictions, the impossible timeline, and the shifting explanations suggest that the system may be re-confirming an initial automated decision without a real, consistent human review.
I’m not asking for special treatment.
I’m asking for one accurate explanation, and a genuinely human evaluation — because creators can't defend themselves if the reasons change every time.
I hope @TeamYouTube takes this seriously, for the sake of fairness and transparency for all creators.
🔥 DAY 1 OF PROTEST UNFAIR YOUTUBE TERMINATIONS
Today I start my protest against YouTube’s unfair, untransparent channel terminations.
Creators are getting terminated:
❌ Without evidence
❌ Without timestamps
❌ Without explanation
❌ With the same generic template
❌ Without any real appeal review
❌ Without a single warning
Years of hard work are being deleted in 1 second.
This is not creator support this is creator destruction.
I am protesting for myself and for every creator who has suffered silently.
If your channel was terminated without clarity…
If you got only a generic reply…
If your appeal was ignored or automated…
JOIN THIS PROTEST.
Your voice matters.
Our unity matters.
Let’s make YouTube accountable.
Let’s demand fair reviews, transparency, and equal treatment.
👉 If you’re a victim of unfair termination, comment “I’m with you.”
Retweet to support creators.

@TeamYouTube@nealmohan This is my last request...
i am a family man. my family depends on me. and i depend on my channel.
My channel has been mistakenly Terminated.
My appeal is denied in seconds.
My Voice is suppressed.
there was no spam on my channel, this is the last screenshot i have available.
10 Videos, Entirely Unique.
My mistake? i created educational content that provide value... and got terminated.
While Youtube let the AI SLOP continue to hurt the platform for PROFIT
@InsiderWire got reinstated, they were told the decision was final.
@endermanch got reinstated, they were told the decision was final.
@DanielTChirwa got reinstated, they were told the decision was final.
@OldMoneyLuxury got reinstated, they were told the decision was final.
and everyone else who got some Attention on X...
so justice is only for famous?
because they could hurt youtube image?
or because small creators won't hurt youtube image.
All i am demanding is public human Review. not automated template.
My channel name: Seriously Simple
Channel URL: https://t.co/m8gidSfuMy
I get it. After @YouTube ’s latest statements, it’s obvious they’ll stop communicating with creators publicly. One appeal in Studio — that’s all we’ll get.
They’ll never admit mistakes in AI support; it would affect the company’s value.
They don’t want noise. Big creators were restored, the rest is “small voices.”
The caravan moves on.
But that’s exactly why we can’t give up.
If we stay silent, nothing changes.
Keep reminding them we exist — every day.
Small voices become loud when they don’t stop speaking.
I hired a lawyer for almost a thousand dollars, and for 3 months, YT and Google adsense did nothing but send us back and forth... My lawyer drafted and sent them an LBA pointing out all their policies they are going against for wrongfully closing my adsense account for relating to another closed account I don't even know of and like I said they did nothing for months...
INSTEAD THEY WENT AHEAD TO TERMINATE MY CHANNEL OF OVER 50K SUBS FOR POSTING MY CHANGE .ORG PETTION LINK... It's literally a link I started asking my viewers and subscribers to sign so I can make some noise to get my channel back (this is something i saw other creators did)... Instead, YT terminated my channel. And they automatically reject my appeal in 5 mins... And till date I'm still battling to get my channel back.
