The biggest irony I witnessed yesterday: an RTO officer was issuing a challan to another rider for violating traffic rules, while she herself wasn't wearing a helmet. Sometimes, those entrusted with enforcing the law end up breaking it themselves.
@MMVD_RTO
> Bro lives in Mumbai
> Bro votes for BJP thinking they will develop India
> Bro pays heavy taxes every month
> Bro leaves home for office in Mumbai, like any normal day
> Bro is stuck in traffic under a metro pillar
> Bro is checking time, thinking about meetings and EMIs
> Suddenly, a part of the metro pillar collapses
> An auto-rickshaw and a car get crushed
> Bro is right there
> Bro gets crushed under it
> Bro had plans for the evening
> Bro had family waiting at home
> Bro is not a VIP
> Bro is not a minister’s son
> Bro is not a headline for more than one day
> Bro is every one of you
- A portion of Metro Pillar fell
- People got crushd under it
- People who have family at home waiting for them
- Unfortunately they won't be home
- They r now just numbers in death cases in Govt's book
This is what happens when you vote on religion line
A huge piece from the under-construction Metro 4 line fell on a rickshaw and a car today.
Similarly a wall had collapsed and the then newly inaugurated metro line 3 had flooded with rain water last year.
Will the regime blacklist this contractor? Not likely- may be it’ll show a penalty of a few lakhs and let the contractor get more tenders.
If you notice, pillars are already painted- before the work was completed. This will cost the State some crores- and then once work is finished, crores again to do them up.
Even today, most infrastructure works have terrible barricading that either lead to traffic jams or vehicles falling into open pits.
Life has NO value under the bjp regime. Falling pieces from metro lines, unsafe modes of transport, cars/ bikes falling into open pits with no help for hours.
What a shame! Soon a day will come when countries will issue travel warnings for such things in our country too.
This user has alerted MMRDA about the cracks in Mumbai metro flyover structure near Mulund 6 days ago
If MMRDA had taken it seriously & verified for cracks in the same & all other such nearby possible locations..
Today one person's life would have been saved
But instead, MMRDA called it a Fake news / Misinformation & even tagged Mumbai police 🤦♂️😵💫
Don’t wait for a tragedy to cry.
Report it. Repost it. Make it reach the authorities.

Wow, what a display of sportsman spirit! But just in case you’ve had a sudden bout of selective amnesia, @ianuragthakur ji, Shaheed Afridi is the same guy who cheered for the “Free Kashmir” movement and couldn’t resist making separatist statements. But hey, who’s keeping track, right?
