When we say "crime is a social construct", what we mean is that you, as an individual, can go to jail for littering, but a corporation can poison the air, the soil, and the water of an entire town, and no one will go to jail.

From my understanding it wasn’t even a workplace accident, and I always thought that was pretty cool of Costco cause it kept her paid and also got some help for that donation place
@GenerationVoid@fuckyouiquit Kind lf off topic but I used to volunteer at a place that handed out food/clothes/household donations to low income and homeless individuals, and this one lady that volunteered with me was actually getting paid by Costco to volunteer there because she was injured & couldn’t (1/2)
My 8-step process for email management:
