IRS Abuse in OKC/Please reshare: Imagine your family contracting business is audited. However, the IRS agent shows up and absolutely hates you with a deep, "ran over her dog" kind of hate. But you've never met her before and you've no idea why.

There's a reason though...

When your CPA gives her data proving you're right on issues she raises, she ignores it then brings up unrelated issues and threatens both you AND your CPA with personal audit referrals. After weeks of this abuse, your seasoned CPA is so stressed over her hostility he can't sleep. The auditor's clear goal is to put you out of business and, during her first call with your attorney, she says he's awful for even representing you.

Your attorney, shocked at her lack of professionalism and her emotional responses, starts digging. Lo and behold the IRS auditor's brother works for your rival, a competing contractor who you bid against regularly.

The auditor's supervisor doesn't care when informed about the hostility or the conflict of interest. The auditor is also politically far left while your social media accounts are filled with pro-Trump posts (you even removed all Trump paraphernalia from your office before her site visit, but she has seen your social media).

You plan to fight it but litigating with the IRS could cost more than your annual income.

This is real and happening in Oklahoma City right now.
As the attorney preparing the lawsuit, I thought I'd try the power of X in a last-ditch effort to spare my client the legal costs involved. I've worked with IRS agents and resolved issues, but I've never in 25 years of practice encountered a public official this demeaning and vindictive with such a clear conflict of interest.

I'm asking anyone who has the authority or influence to directly resolve this wrong do so with a phone call instead of the years of litigation it will take my client to fight it. I'll DM details to any in a position to help.

Someone seeing this has the power stop the government overreach, bureaucratic abuse, and lawfare quickly. I believe I can, but my way will take years and cost my client dearly. Plus, as good as I believe myself to be in a courtroom, any attorney who guarantees the outcome of litigation is a fool, a liar, or both.

Please help stop this blatant abuse of hardworking family business owners.
