@fitbit my wife has @fitbit versa for about 1.5 year. Battery almost dies. Contacted customer service. No tech dept to replace battery or fix battery issue. Multi day battery only up to 1.5 year of purchase. Not reliable watch.

@OptimumHelp Luckily I had 1 day of power outage. Now I have day 4 of @Optimum service outage since then. Interesting is neigbor’s fios working, friends’ optimum in same town 07630 working. DMd and called lots of times. No response! At least estimated restoration date!
