Bu olay aslında yeni değil pek. FATF (Mali Eylem Görev Gücü) tarafından yıllardır geleneksel finans sektöründe uygulanıyordu ama şimdi kripto dünyasına da geldi.

Artık Türkiye’de kripto yatırma ve çekme işlemleri kayıt altına alınacak aslında, olay tam olarak bu. Ama şu detaya bir bakalım,

☑️Alım-satım işlemleri ve TL yatırma/çekme etkilenmeyecek bu durumdan
☑️ Sadece kripto varlık gönderme ve alma sürecine ek kontroller geldi

Yani, aslında kendi cüzdanına kripto varlık çekerken ya da başka bir borsa cüzdanına kripto varlık gönderirken borsa senden ek bilgiler isteyebilecek anlamına geliyor.

🛑 15.000 TL üzeri işlemlerde ekstra kontroller de var:
✅ Gönderici ve alıcının ad, soyad, adres bilgisi veya kimlik/pasaport numarası istenebilecek
✅ Tüzel kişiler için şirket unvanı ve adres bildirmesi gerekecek.

Yani artık büyük işlemlerde borsalar, "Söyle bakalım bu parayı nereye ve kime gönderiyorsun?" diye ciddi ciddi kontrollere başlıyorlar diyebiliriz.

Teyit nerede gerekli değil peki avukat hanım diyecekler olacaktır illa :D

15.000 TL ALTINDAKİ KRİPTO TRANSFERLERİNDE:
🟢 İşlem taraflarının bilgileri alınması söz konusu ama doğrulama zorunlu değil
✅ Gönderen ya da alıcının adı-soyadı/ticari unvanı
✅ Cüzdan adresi veya işlem referans numarası bilgileri yine istenecek

📌 Bu bilgiler kaydedilecek, ancak teyit edilmesi gerekmeyecek

15.000 TL ÜZERİNDEKİ KRİPTO TRANSFERLERİ İÇİN ise:
🛑 Bilgi doğrulama zorunluluğu getirildi
✅ Ad-soyad/ticari unvan ek olarak cüzdan adresi
✅ Adres, doğum yeri, vatandaşlık numarası veya pasaport numarası gibi ek bilgilerde lazım

📌 Bu veriler doğrulanmazsa işleminiz gerçekleşmeyecek..

SORU: Avukat hanım ben borsadan kendi cüzdanıma transfer yaparken nolcak?

💡 Eğer kişisel cüzdanına (Metamask, Ledger vb.) para çekiyorsan:
✅ Kimliğini teyit etmen gerekiyor
✅ Ad, soyad, adres bilgileri istenecek, bunları vermelisin

📌 Eğer borsaya kayıtlı olmayan bir cüzdandan kripto alıyorsan, bu durumda göndericinin bilgilerini beyan etmen gerekebilir

SONUÇ, işlemlerinizi kendinizin yapması ve olabildiğince kendi cüzdanlarınız arasında transferlerin olması gerektiği bir süreç diyorum. Güvenmediğiniz veya bilmediğiniz cüzdanlarla gönderim-alım yapmamanız sizin faydanıza.

Some fun facts about community at @SeedifyFund

I have been gathering alot of data on our community in order to understand more about their behavior and their purchase power. Here's what my opinion is based on that:

@SeedifyFund has created a community of lowkey whales and the best hodlers in the space.

They are currently staking over ~$60M for almost 4 years now and actively participating in IDOs.

Our IDO participants have the best buying power even in the midst of bear market and until now we have raised over $50M across 120+ projects.

When it comes to support, we have seen our community supporting projects that made some mistakes although their product was amazing, our community didn't shy in coming together and supporting them in all those times, this show the strength our community have in supporting the right teams
