और एक जवान... अकेला... बंदूक लेकर खड़ा है।
ना छाता, ना शिकायत। सिर्फ ड्यूटी।

और उधर कल एक पर्यटक भैंस जैसी महिला ने उसी तरह की चेकपोस्ट पर सुरक्षा कर्मियों से बहस की।
कहा - "हम Gen Z हैं, बर्दाश्त नहीं करेंगे" और धरना दे दिया।

रुको। और सोचो।

Gen Z कौन है?

क्या Gen Z वो है जो 2 मिनट चेकिंग में बहस करे?
या Gen Z वो है जो -40 डिग्री में, बारिश में, धूप में,
परिवार छोड़कर, घर छोड़कर बॉर्डर पर खड़ा हो?

जो जवान इस वीडियो में दिख रहा है ना,
वही असली Gen Z है।
वो शिकायत नहीं करता। वो बहस नहीं करता।
वो बस खड़ा रहता है। ताकि तुम बेफिक्र घूम सको।

पर्यटक होने का मतलब ये नहीं कि नियम तोड़ दो।
फोटो खींचने का मतलब ये नहीं कि जवान से बदतमीजी करो।

लद्दाख हमारा है। घूमो, एन्जॉय करो।
पर वहां खड़े जवान का सम्मान करना सीखो।
वो तुम्हारी "एटीट्यूड" बर्दाश्त करने के लिए नहीं खड़ा।
वो देश की सुरक्षा के लिए खड़ा है।

"हम Gen Z हैं" - ये लाइन गर्व से बोलो।
पर बोलने से पहले उन जवानों को देखो जो सच में Gen Z वाली हिम्मत दिखा रहे हैं।

सलाम है उन सभी जवानों को 🙏🇮🇳
जो बिना शिकायत, बिना थके, हर मौसम में हमारे लिए खड़े हैं।

Don't want to shame a lady who created scene in Ladakh. She did few damages that our country should know.
Tried to create a divide with Kashmiris who are equal partner and citizens of India and had to go through the challenges of security checks. No government or security force enjoys it. Today situation is peaceful because of the very uniform she said that draws pay through her tax.
For paltry little sum..and would love to crowd fund a month salary for her to serve in Siachen or at the place she created scene dealing with people like her.
We, and even after retirement, are taxed. In fact first taxed and then pay comes. So actually we pay in advance and then try and reclaim what has been cut extra.
She has let down and framed Gen Z quite negatively which is the attempt all over world. I personally meet huge number of Gen Z. They are patient, polite, respectful, and well behaved...even though in a digital world. Yet to come across like her in J&K and rest of India. Exceptions always existed in my time, before and thereafter.
She may never accept her tantrums were inappropriate but should accept the decent manner the Gen Z in uniform and their superior dealt with her.

🇮🇳 Minamarg Check Post Incident | Ladakh Sector

A video from the Minamarg (Minimarg) check post has circulated showing a tourist arguing with security personnel over a temporary road restriction.

The Indian Army, in coordination with local police and civil administration, implements such measures as a routine and essential part of anti-terrorism and security operations in this highly sensitive high-altitude border region near the LoC.

Road closures, cordons, and regulated movement are standard when:
• Intelligence or operational requirements demand a search/cordon to neutralise potential threats
• Weather, landslides, or convoy movements require safety clearances
• The safety of residents, tourists, and troops must be prioritised

These are not arbitrary or “anti-tourist.” They exist precisely so that civilians, including tourists can travel safely in an area that has historically faced infiltration and terror risks.
Compromising a security protocol for individual convenience could endanger dozens of lives.

To the individual in the video and similar voices:
Being “Gen Z” (or any generation) is not a qualification, a badge of entitlement, or a licence to disregard security protocols. National security does not pause for slogans, tax receipts, or generational self-identification.
Comparing legitimate operational restrictions to “locking Kashmiris” is both factually misleading and disrespectful to the forces who protect every citizen, Kashmiri, tourist, or otherwise in this challenging terrain.

Threatening Parliament while creating a public confrontation at a sensitive post does not strengthen democracy; it risks operational security.

We urge all visitors and residents:
Support these measures. They are conducted for your safety and the nation’s security. Patience and cooperation save lives.
The Army and police work hand-in-hand daily so that tourism and normal life can continue in J&K and Ladakh.
Respect the uniform. Respect the protocol. Respect the reality of the frontier.
