They are running like a lottery system for passport service appointments where slots open from 09am to 09.30am and 06pm to 06.30pm, try your luck. Back to 70s

@AmitShah How about setting minimum standard and quality of taxis. Cleanliness, Outer and inner appearance, Safety. Taxis in Bharat are as expensive as Dubai but standard of taxis are 20 times less in India as no authority to inspect against a set standard or standards are set low.
