We raised a refund request and shared all the required in the month of August 2023, and we are still waiting for the refund amount.

@whitehatjunior is very frustrating and with communication, your customer care number is a waste and no use of it. I am unable to reach out to one. After writing a couple of emails a couple of times, they are not considering it. If possible please provide a direct number.
@myfrido - Total waste of money. Don't buy it! I am very disappointed with the purchase of the Socket Seat Cushion. It got suppressed right immediately after 1 month and 10 days. When I reached customer support, they said we can't do anything and you have to bear with it.
@myfrido - So pathetic communication, I have ordered on 17th November, but till now no information about the delivery of my goods and I have reached out to customer care as well. Very bad and poor service. Product wise I see a good rating. But not sure!

Now it's became 20mins & 300/- minimum order which is not affordable every time.
Actually 99/- minimum is good! Even if you take 30mins delivery as well!
