And then, sorry to say, you too seem to speed on bike on our roads where every second an unpredictable twist happens. Vehicle_Speeds>30 kmph is unsafe for pedestrians too.

Union government's fiscal discipline, improvement in the health of banks, infrastructure delivery, balance between welfare and growth, focus on investment promotion, prompt action in facing global headwinds - all are impressive and necessary. We need to do more to ensure inclusive growth, job creation, energy independence, fiscal prudence at all levels of government, in situ urbanisation, quality of life in our cities, local government empowerment, rule of law and political and governance reforms. The tasks are too big for any single party or leader to accomplish; we need national consensus and energetic collaboration between parties and across tiers of government - Union, State and Local.

@bcpsouth @krishnabgowda The Police said, the club took permission till 10 pm. I beleive, this doesn't mean one can create nuisance & headache to others? While the police responded quickly (I appreciate that), they were not able to ensure that the rules are being followed. We see this quite often.

Reliance Club in Gaurav Nagar, JP Nagar 7th Phase has been playing extremely loud music since ~6 pm, causing severe nusiance & headache for the residents in the nearby areas. It hasn't stopped even now at 10.45 pm despite multiple police complaints.(1/2)

Following the incident at Gunjur Palya, Varthur, Bengaluru Traffic Police have arrested the tanker driver and detained the vehicle.
Road safety is a shared responsibility. Reckless driving puts every road user at risk, and violations will be dealt with firmly.

@NobelPrize Wonderful breakthrough, but the framing feels off. The science belongs to the dedication of brilliant researchers & donors first. It would be more humble to say 'thanks to the work of many medical pioneers whom we are proud to recognize' rather than corporate self-aggrandizement.

I don't expect much from politicians. But educated youth resorting to this is disheartening. Spoiling public spaces for ads to clean-up homes!

Rampant abuse of public spaces for commercial/political/other interests makes them unsafe & shabby. Needs a permanent crackdown! E.g.: @just_snabbit (@Aa_Agarwl) hoardings on JP Nagar footpaths. @GBA_office @krishnabgowda Pls make strict, continuous enforcement a standard routine

@ICCCBengaluru @GBA_office @osd_cmkarnataka Thanks for reaching out! I observed this in entire RBI Layout (JP Nagar 7th Phase) +nearby areas. The streets are flooded with hoardings/posters of commerical & some religious/political entities. No control. No one cares abt rules & public safety. Public space != Private property

@jarshadnk You might both be right, just addressing different angles. While, one seeks near-term accountability; the other nudges society on systemic education flaws. Both can coexist without criticism. The challenge is expecting everyone to think and address it the same way as one wants.

Then, you give hardly a month to fill the complex ITR forms.

And then you do this on weekends!

Then, why set such aggressive deadlines on honest taxpayers to comply? Why not give a month more, always
