We are the 999 founding owners of the BE 6 Batman Limited Edition (Aug 2025). We have tried every channel privately. This is our final public notice before legal action.
What you sold us in August 2025:
→ A "LIMITED EDITION" your word, not ours → 999 units. Individually numbered 001–999 → "Founding owners of this story" your exact words → Warner Bros. called it "a collector's statement on wheels"→ The badge on EVERY one of our cars reads "BE 6 × The Dark Knight, LIMITED EDITION" We paid a premium for exactly that exclusivity.
What you did in March 2026:
→ Launched an identical second batch of the same car → Quietly renamed "Limited Edition" → "Special Edition"→ Claimed it was "outlined" in Aug 2025 actual words were "Mahindra may introduce more limited-edition models"→ One speculative word ≠ an outlined commitment → You cannot rewrite your own archived press releases
The badge on our cars says LIMITED EDITION. Your 2026 car also says LIMITED EDITION. Both cannot be true.

Sir, 999 owners are listening to you say this. Now we are asking you to listen to us.
We are not asking for the 2026 batch to be cancelled. We understand production may have already begun in Pune cancelling impacts your supply chain and your workers. That is not what we want.
Our practical suggestion: Sell the 2026 batch as a Satin Black Edition without Batman logos, emblems or badging. Customers who want the Batman identity can opt-in at a service centre at nominal cost or free. This protects your supply chain, gives 2026 customers a choice, and restores what "Limited Edition" means to us.
We are handing you the solution. You just have to listen.
✅ Public acknowledgment of the misrepresentation ✅ 2026 batch visibly distinct identity, different badge, different name
✅ Compensation to 999 owners for collector value depreciation, not just money even extended warranty given at free of cost will be happy for us.
We are proud of this car. We say that with pride to everyone we meet. The 999 founding owners are not your enemy.
But teams win, egos don't. And right now, 999 owners are a team.

I wouldn't have bought the @MahindraRise Batman Be6 edition if it was not limited edition.

Re-launching it is killing the exclusivity and our initial trust in an Indian brand automotive.

All 999 owners of Batman edition are against it, and if it’s done eventually it’s false advertising and misrepresentation.

And we’ll have to go to consumer court for justice.
