@OnePlus_Support I have been using @oneplus from the year 2015 & upgrading to latest phone every couple of year, also advised friends to go for it. This incident with my phone & no assistance from @Oneplus to help fix the phone or recover my imp data is an eye opener not to go for Oneplus anymore
