@AshwiniVaishnaw sir...thanks for the grt rescue.... you can use UIDAI AGENTS to come to mortuary and put the fingers of the deadbodies on to a bio metric machine, which is connected to UIDAI DATABASE. we do it all the time to identify the real identity of a person.
