I've spent over 3 hours trying to make a payment to Indigo airlines for a ticket change. Customer service says they will charge me 10% for phone service. How ridiculous is this. @IndiGo6E

I've DMed and now am waiting for a response. The tagline "affordable and hassle free" ---> really?? Rs 33,000 for a return ticket to Jaipur from Bangalore. And the booking process has been ridiculous. @IndiGo6E
