I had raised a grievance regarding traffic challan PNCCM26002737984 for vehicle MH42BE8080 and submitted video proof clearly showing that the signal was GREEN when I crossed the stop line.

While I was already inside the junction, the signal turned red. There was no countdown timer or prior indication to safely stop before entering.
Despite submitting explanation through email and the MahaTraffic app, the grievance was rejected.
@JioCare I guess this issue is not location specific. I didn't get why you guys are asking for exact address like house no and all.
Issue is everywhere in Navi Mumbai and Chandivali area.
