(A cousin was told by a nephrologist to not have whey protein because of the creatine spike and long term damage. I am assuming that his nephrologist is crazy considering his KFT otherwise is normal)

@theliverdoc @bundlbranchbloc Pooja makhija told me to stop taking duloxetine(helps me with Generalized anxiety disorder) and have magnesium supplements instead as antidepressants are a scam.

Just bought macbook air m5 15 inch.

20 minutes into using it my eye is straining and how. Tried multiple settings, disabled true tone, reduced brightness etc but nothing seems to be working.

All day trying different methods but nothing is working
