Our historic season came to a close. Our girls left it all on the field in a fast & physical battle with 15-6A district champs Magnolia. The Spartans rose to the occasion & definitely showed that we belonged here. This was our first playoff appearance but it will not be the last!

Our success would not happen without Kat in goal! She made 73 saves in district and 111 this year, and she kept us in the hunt in our playoff game vs. Magnolia. She added 8 shutouts to her own career shutout school record, now at 21!

Now that our season has come to a close, it’s time to tally some stats! Kat kept adding to her own career shutouts record. She earned 3 sophomore year, 10 last year, and another 8 big shutouts this year! She also has 347 saves in her tenure in goal at Cy Lakes! @lakes_athletics
