झारखंड में झामुमो, कांग्रेस और राजद की सरकार में जेपीएससी और जेएसएससी की नियुक्तियों में हुए घोटाले बिहार में लालू राज के पशुपालन और चारा घोटाले जैसे हैं।
रोज हो रहे नए-नए खुलासे यह बताने के लिए पर्याप्त है कि किस कदर झारखंड के युवाओं के सपनों को बेचा गया। यह घोटाला अब छोटा-मोटा घोटाला नहीं रहा है। जेपीएससी के अध्यक्ष, जेपीएससी के सदस्य और अब आईएएस अधिकारियों के नाम भी सामने आ रहे हैं। इस घोटाले की जांच सीआईडी से संभव नहीं है। सीआईडी जांच कम करेगी, दोषियों को बचाने का काम ज्यादा करेगी। इस पूरे घोटाले के मुख्य आरोपी तक पहुंचना सीआईडी के लिए संभव नहीं होगा। इसलिए तत्काल इस मामले की जांच सीबीआई को सौंप जानी चाहिए।
