@knefelek But tbh smoking them regularly had the negative side effects of smoking and vaping combined. Chest hurt and coughed a lot.

@knefelek It's both, but for me it's mostly the taste. I remember my throat hurting after them bc it felt too cold.
Anyway, I have menthol, spearmint and.. idk "ice bomb" whatever taste it is?
Ice bomb has the coolest sensation, menthol a mix and spearmint is mostly the taste

@Milkyt4n But I could never predict if I'd feel validated or ashamed/guilty. Depending on the person I felt worse than before and such as the biggest loser on earth.
Huge gambling with my own life.
I hope I'll find a way to compensate that without engaging in these behaviors again
