15 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰੋੜ DA ਦੇ ਹੱਕਦਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ "ਜਲਾਲਤ" ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਵੱਧ ਜ਼ਲੀਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ।

ਸਾਢੇ 4 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਖੱਜਲ-ਖੁਆਰ। DA ਦੀਆਂ 2 ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ 'ਚੋਂ ਭੱਜ ਗਏ।
ਅੱਜ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਦਾ ਮੁੰਡਾ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਤੋਂ ਹਰੇਕ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਟਵਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।

ਕੱਚਾ DGP ਕੁਰਸੀ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ED ਚਿੱਠੀ 'ਤੇ ਪਰਚਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ, ਜਦਕਿ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਸਾਫ਼ ਨੇ।
ਟੋਪੀ ਸਿਨ੍ਹਾ ਦੀ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਹੋਵੇ, ਬਹੁਤ ਕੁਝ ਨਿਕਲੇਗਾ।

ਜਿਹੜੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ, ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ।
ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਹੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਰੀੜ ਦੀ ਹੱਡੀ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਨੇ।

ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾਂ-ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਪੀਡ ਚੈੱਕ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੈ।

Because its legal right of Employees .Moreover Justice Mishra is still only Acting Chief Justice,not promoted yet,merely recommended by collegium.Check your facts before spinning narrative. How this is linked with rights of employees?

The judiciary did its job for 6 lakh employees & pensioners. Its only inconvenient for your AAP bosses in an election year, when they prefer spending on promotions.

Do you know they're taking fresh loans of around ₹25,000 crore through GAMADA & PSPCL,Yet claim they can’t clear DA. Punjab's debt is set to touch ₹5 lakh crore, compared with around ₹2.7 lakh crore when AAP came to power.

The Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court has pulled up the Bhagwant Mann government in Punjab for not releasing DA to employees and has directed the government to clear the dues by June 30.

On the other hand, in Bengal, it has been just 9 days since the BJP government was formed, and employees have already received their pending DA along with approval for the 7th Pay Commission.

The difference is clear — what matters most is the intent and commitment to work for employees and the public.

👉 Congratulations to all Punjab employees and pensioners. The Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court has upheld their legal right to pending Dearness Allowance (DA) arrears and directed the Punjab government to clear dues from 46% to 58% along with pension arrears before June 30.

👉 Instead of complying with the April 8 judgment, the @BhagwantMann government has now filed Letters Patent Appeals (LPAs) before the Division Bench seeking to set aside the order and suspend the payments.

👉 In court, the @PbGovtIndia argued that releasing thousands of crores in DA arrears would have “wide-ranging financial implications” and could disrupt existing financial commitments and welfare obligations.

👉 The government also claimed that if the arrears are paid now and the appeal succeeds later, the money cannot be recovered, calling the financial outflow “irreversible” with “cascading consequences” on the state exchequer.

👉 If the Division Bench grants a stay, employees and pensioners who already won the case before the Single Judge may now face another prolonged legal battle for their rightful dues.

👉 @PSPCLPb has separately challenged the same judgment, arguing that forced payment could ultimately lead to higher electricity tariffs for consumers.

👉 Pensioners’ associations have accused the Punjab government of fighting its own retired employees in court instead of implementing a judgment delivered in their favour.

👉 ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ‘ਚ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ 46% ਤੋਂ 58% ਤੱਕ ਦੇ DA ਬਕਾਏ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਅਰਿਅਰਜ਼ 30 ਜੂਨ ਤੱਕ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਸਨ।

👉 ਪਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੀ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਕ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ @BhagwantMann ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ LPA ਦਾਇਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਰੁਕਵਾਉਣ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਈ।

👉 ਜਿਹੜੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕਰੋੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰ, ਹੈਲੀਕਾਪਟਰ, ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਫਰਜ਼ੀ PR ‘ਤੇ ਪੈਸਾ ਵਹਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਉਹੀ ਹੁਣ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਹਿ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਦੇਣ ਨਾਲ “ਖਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਹਿੱਲ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ”!

👉 ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੱਸਣ —ਕੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਖਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਆਪਣੇ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਚਮਕਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹੈ?
ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਖੂਨ-ਪਸੀਨੇ ਦਾ ਹੱਕ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ?

पंजाब पर चढ़ा क़र्ज़ आज 4.5 लाख करोड़ के पास हो चुका है। इतना क़र्ज़ होने के बाद भी आज अपना और अपने दिल्ली वाले बॉस का चहरा चमकाने के लिए पानी की तरह पैसा प्रचार पर बहाया जा रहा है।

एक टॉयलेट सीट का उद्घाटन भी करना हो तो Private Jet में दिल्ली से super CM को पंजाब लाया जाता है। चंडीगढ़ से अमृतसर तक बड़े बड़े होर्डिंग और कटआउट। हज़ारों पुलिस कर्मी ड्यूटी पे, पूरे देश के अख़बारों में Advertisements, TV-Youtube पर महीनों तक ऐड। करोड़ों की स्टेज सजती है।

चार आने की मुर्गी, बारह आने का मसाला !!

@SwatiJaiHind जब सरकार के पास प्रचार पर करोड़ों खर्च करने के लिए पैसा है, तो फिर पंजाब के सरकारी कर्मचारियों का हक क्यों रोका जा रहा है? पिछले 2 साल से डीए नहीं दिया गया और आज भी पंजाब के कर्मचारी केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों से लगभग 16% कम डीए ले रहे हैं।
