@seokmin_liker that’s something i felt while watching saltburn too but i think her background as someone who grew up very much in the posh world that saltburn takes place in made some elements of it feel pretty accurate, so I’d recommend watching it!! also barry keoghan and jacob elordi>>>

@seokmin_liker imo her first movie promising young woman was ultimately exploitative of the subject it purported to “empower” and her sensibilities just point so much towards a wealthy white woman trying to make shock value art that is transgressive without really being transgressive at all
