We are facing the most dangerous period in our constitutional history. There are forces trying to destroy our democracy.
Not one constitutional expert agrees with the immunity ruling. Both Republicans and Democrats agree.
The normal disposition of this case should have been very simple. All actions within the scope of the official acts of the Presidency are immune from prosecution. All other acts such as——-name them are not immune. Be specific.

Such a dramatic change in my opinion should be in the form of a Constitutional Amendment or remain as decided by the lower appellate court until the amendment is passed.
Ideally it should read as for example the 14 th Amendment. Whether by amendment or Supreme Court as follows:
The President is immune from prosecution for all Official Acts within the scope of his authority.
Such scope is as follows:
1. Declaring War
2. Choosing his or her cabinet.
3. Taking any action to prevent a health emergency.
4. And any acts necessary to protect the health and safety of the American People subject to the approval as soon as possible by a majority of Congress.

These are hypotheticals. Add or subtract as Congress shall agree by a majority.

It is critical to state all actions that are considered to be definitively within the control of the President. All others outside the perimeter of such power requires the consent of a majority of Congress.

There may be variations of this proposal but it is critical that the President does not have unlimited powers

And state what the official acts are:
It was never the intention of the Founders or the Constitution to permit Presidents to have unlimited powers. Quite the opposite. That is why we fought the Revolutionary War.
Trump is a traitor. A convict. Never elected by a majority of the voters nor is the Supreme Court yet they are assuming powers far beyond the spirit and meaning of the Constitution.
There is no need for judges and Congress. The President can do it all. The Congress and SCt hasn’t realized that this all powerful President can do away with them as well.

We need to march on Washington and the Supreme Court. Now!!!!
