@cineworld Was told that I wouldn’t be allowed back in the cinema again by aggressive manager. If you can’t handle an irritated customer (I never said anything bad, was merely annoyed, and rightfully so) then you shouldn’t be a manager. Will be giving my money to somebody else from now on.

Never have I ever… been kicked out the cinema @cineworld for complaining to the manager because the staff wouldn’t let me into the movie without my photo ID card (of 17 yrs) even though I had my photo ID card saved on my phone, with my photo on it. 🍻🤦‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

@cineworld ID was provided. We live in a digital age, and I’ve been using the ID on phone as a form of ID since the cinemas opened again as was told to by a different cinema. Waste of a babysitter last night. No discretion shown by rude staff. Never been so embarrassed.
