I’ll be telling people all 2026:
Once you swap Deadlifts out for these….
- Your Lower Back will feel better than ever before
- Your Glutes/Hamstrings will be the most developed they’ve ever been
- It’ll be much easier for you to recover
It’s honestly a NO-BRAINER DECISION
This is how I currently make all my Ninja Creamis
My goal is to keep them low-calorie, high-protein, and made with as few ingredients as possible
Base:
• 400 ml fat-free milk
• 1 serving of protein powder
This base comes out to around 230 calories and 42 g of protein
If you want a thicker base, you can use 2% or whole milk, but that comes with additional calories
You can also add thickeners like xanthan gum or sugar-free pudding mix, but that comes with the tradeoff of worse ingredients
Protein powders I use:
Clean Simple Eats (best consistency)
• Cookie Dough
• Cookies ‘N Cream
• Chocolate Peanut Butter
Equip (best ingredients)
• Chocolate
• Cinnamon Roll
Javaza (best caffeine option)
• Mocha Latte
Toppings:
The toppings are the biggest factor IMO
This is where you can get creative and turn it into almost any type of ice cream you want
I like adding a serving of cookie dough bites, brownie bites, Oreos, Reese’s, cookies, chocolate chips, etc
Instructions:
• Mix 400 ml fat-free milk and protein powder, then freeze overnight
• Take it out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes
• Run the sides under hot water for 2 minutes
• Spin on the “Lite Ice Cream” setting
• Spin again on the “Mix-In” setting
• Add your toppings
I don’t mix the toppings in anymore because the Creami usually pulverizes them, so I just add them on top and mix them in manually
Japanese actor Hiroyuki Sanada spoke about the contradictions of human nature:
“Some people dream of having a swimming pool at home, while those who have one hardly ever use it. Those who have lost a loved one feel a profound sense of loss, while others often complain about their living relatives. Those without a partner long for one, while those who have one often don't appreciate it. The hungry would give anything for a meal, while the satiated complain about the taste of their food. Those without a car dream of owning one, while those who have a car are always looking for a better one.”
The key to happiness is gratitude: truly seeing and appreciating what we already have, and understanding that somewhere, someone would give anything for what we take for granted.
