@KeepmoatHomes I thought I would wait to see if the Keepmoat East Yorkshire customer service manager could be bothered to contact me about a cupboard door which I have been waiting for since January. I will be beginning onbudsman proceedings tomorrow afternoon if I am not contacted by then.
Hi @KeepmoatHomes, Ive tried to contact a manager about how long the latest attempt to repair my property will take - reported in Jan 23. I reached an answer phone when put through to them! Ive recieved a reply to my formal complaint which doesnt meet your own policy - help me?
