@GWRHelp Disappointed in your service tonight, you delayed the 20:52 from Paddington to Reading but then didn't hold the 21.23 to Didcot Parkway even by a minute that would allow the passengers to make the train, especially when you had already cancelled the 21.46 Didcot train.

Hey @GWRHelp last Thursday night trains between Reading and Didcot were cancelled. I had my car parked at Tilehurst and was travelling back from Paddington. Got to Reading at 2315 but the buses had finished so had to get a £13 taxi to get my car. Can I claim this back?

Hi @GWRHelp I buy 2 tickets PAD-TWY and TWY-TLH to cover a journey on the same train between Paddington and Tilehurst. With the issues this afternoon my stopping service train is cancelled. Is it fine for me to travel on a non-stop PAD-RDG train, and change there for Tilehurst?
