Utter devastation in Jasper. The calls of anguish I’m receiving are so difficult. I’m so sorry to tell you all, the next news you will receive out of Jasper is beyond devastating.
#BREAKING@JasperNP now confirming the flames are at the outskirts of the Jasper townsite, where crews are trying to save the town. It’s metres away, we’ve heard. It has gone dark and is raining ash harder than I’ve ever seen, at the east gates. #abfire#yeg#Jasper

What competent epidemiologists knew in March 2020 should now be obvious to all. Covid cannot be suppressed. Lockdowns just postpone infections and prolong the pandemic while causing collateral damage on public health and education.
A note to students. We do understand that this is stressful, it is for us too. We ask that you check out both the https://t.co/gKzSPVdoou page as well as the Concordia collective bargaining page to stay up to date on the process.
