@Tesco This is disappointing, luckily it’s a small value order but could see this being an issue if you were low on funds having 2 amounts out the bank at once
@Tesco please tell me why you retake a payment for the whole order for a failed delivery (your broken down van) then refund the original payment? Second time this has happened 😡
