Traveling is not safe for women anymore! In the past 2 weeks I've had issues with a male Airbnb host and a male hotel manager! Their customer service both places does NOTHING and still takes your money!!! Remember when you would get compensated for issues?! Those days are OVER

There are other reviews about this man barging in on people in their rooms! Or retaliating and saying he smelled weed when they checked out! This man is a LIAR and told corporate I was fabricating the issue!? What are you going to do about it!!!!

@IHGCorporate thanks for NOTHING resolving my issue with a hotel. I have deduced that the man who made me feel unsafe IS THE MANAGER and you still say there "nothing you can do" except call the manager of this hotel!

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp Once I'm done with this trip I am NEVER using @Airbnb again and I will keep telling this story until everyone else I know avoids them too. Is that really worth $800 to you, Airbnb? Pretty sure my bank will charge it back anyway. Are you enjoying the bad publicity?

@airbnb is still giving me the runaround about getting my money back for a stay where the host became threatening and unstable. Where I was unsafe. They refuse to tell me what type of documentation could prove this and continually ignore my questions, claiming a decision ⤵️

@Airbnb So @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp if you don't resolve this we can go to the news or court, or get the bank involved with a chargeback. You could have just trained your support agents properly.

@AirbnbHelp after a host made me feel unsafe your agents advised me to stay in that situation "so I don't lose money" and refused to tell me what type of documentation would be sufficient for them and refused to escalate the issue so now we're gonna do it publicly

@Airbnb His car was also running in the driveway. This was obviously designed to intimidate me. He could have followed me. Shame on you for being an unsafe company for women. I will NEVER book with a male host again. ⤵️

@Airbnb Host did not respond to this. He was going out to get batteries for a remote or something when I arrived, which I did not care about, but told me to let him know if I needed anything else. It was hella rainy so I asked for a mat for wet boots at the door and some hand towels ⤵️

@SodaStreamUSA your Contact Us page is broken on mobile and desktop. Just wanted to ask that you include PayPal, Google pay etc on your checkout process. Really annoying to enter the same card information every time. This is 2023
