In 2020, 66% of Virginians voted to take redistricting away from politicians. Now Democrats want to amend the constitution to take that power back, and they've already drawn the map. It gives them 10 of 11 seats in a state that's currently split 6-5.

The ballot question uses the word "fairness."

76% of VA voters oppose gerrymandering. Only 1% want politicians drawing maps. But 45% support the amendment when they read the ballot language. That gap tells you everything.

That's when every commercial bldg owner refinanced and got 10-year interest-only loans, which are starting to come due now. Folks haven't fully returned to work and interest rates are high.

@mattressig @TripleNetInvest All those pre-COVID 10 year interest-only loans are coming due. The other shoe drops in 2029. Either interest rates need to come down, or businesses need to get everyone back in the office. Banks know this and are hunkering down for the impending storm.
