@khemaridh I struggle with this idea. It perpetuates the narrative that you're not enough.
Maybe "improving" needs more context. For example, with improving your body, if you're feeling super winded going up stairs at 35 then yeah I agree improving the body makes sense
Not only will it make their day, but you’ll become memorable.
And the next time your name shows up in their inbox, they’ll be more likely to read (and possibly respond) to your message 😉
