@_ericblanc @CunySLU Great piece. As a WV educator, both of the strikes didn't get the desired result. The '18 strike got us a measly raise and a promise to fix our PEIA. The short '19 strike put a pause on charter schools that are going to come sooner than later. We're fucked. Thanks for caring tho.

@johnizback They pushed back start of kids until after Labor Day to have more time. Wish they would just go virtual for first 9 weeks and then re-evaluate come October. We've went on strike 2 out of last 3 years so general public hates us anyways. Should have been an indy worker.
