@VeryHelpers I’m appalled by the support services you provide. What was intended to be a simple VAT receipt requested turned into2 days of madness. Impossible to get hold of anyone. To top it off, I’ve been SCAMMED into giving out my personal details to scammers on your FB group!

Getting frustrated with @ArrowXL@ArrowXL_Help managing my @verynetwork order. Missed delivery yesterday, no update on tracking, tried calling today, got told it was out for delivery, no ETA, tried calling this evening, 30-minute wait to get cut off. Unacceptable & Poor CS

Where to start, I placed an order for an American style fridge freezer on the 13 September. It is now the 7th October and still no fridge freezer! Multiple delivery dates given all failed to arrive. Numerous phone calls with delivery company and very. Still waiting
@VeryHelpers I was just about to make a payment to my Very account but the site and app is offline. I hope I don't get charged for my payment being "late" when I'm literally able to make the payment.
