@manishasinghal AirIndia express’s ground staffs are getting something on the Baggage amount collected. One of their ground staff shared this 🤣 i was shocked.

India wants this or Blue/Red colored airlines wants this.
If salaries and perks are similar, why would any pilot go to abroad.
No sleep cycles, random pullouts from roaster, No raise in pay-even reduced due to new FDTL, on top of that, this !!!
It is an earnest request to tweet this ASAP so that our plea reaches the right ears and gives the process a well deserved push and hopefully a lot of attention. Kindly send the above with utmost urgency. Hoping for the best.

‘There is a phrase called tombstone safety which means nothing will happen until there is an accident. I think this is the case for India’s aviation industry.' Indian Airlines @IndiGo6E@airindia@AirIndiaX@flyspicejet along with @DGCAIndia &@MoCA_GoI are true followers of #TombstoneSafety Will only take action after an accident
A pilot who was suspended after refusing to fly a plane while he was tired said airlines are putting profit over safety.
Mike Simkins was working as a senior captain for Thomas Cook Airlines when he refused to fly a plane carrying more than 200 people on account of his lack of sleep.
He had worked over the maximum duty period of 12-and-a-half-hours - a metric which is in place to reduce the risks associated with fatigue in pilots.
After a string of early starts and a flight which took longer than the maximum duty period, he said he would not be able to fly the following day.
Despite this being the first time he had refused a duty in his 16 years at the company, he was suspended in May 2014.
More than a decade and a successful employment tribunal later, he hopes to raise awareness of ‘major failings’ in the aviation industry.
The 64-year-old, who now works as a flight safety specialist, told MailOnline: ‘For an industry that states safety is its number one priority, this is not the case.
@manishasinghal We Indians are living in a parallel universe where Hindu, living in ‘x’ state think that their state is in danger from other state’s ppls and their language and collectively all hindus are in danger.
Like - arey bahi kehna/ Karna kya chahate ho 🤓🥲
Pehle Airlines job posting me daalti thi need experienced Pilots, min hours- 500
Ab CPL grounds schools bhi daal rhe hai need experienced ground intructors..
Yeh aviation me aane ke baad sbh kya fukne lg jaate hai merko bhi bata do …. Kaha mil raha hai yeh saman 🧐🧐
@NinerWhiskey_ Buddy if you have money, go for Cadet, else it will be tough for conventional CPL.
I am not saying impossible, but ready for the hustle too. Everyone starts their career with 200% positive attitude, but don’t ignore the reality and current market trend.
Dear Parents:
Reconsider investing in your child pilot dream right after 12th.
Vacancies: Air India A320 (2023), IndiGo (Sept 2024), AIX 737 (Feb 2025). No shortage of pilots as of now;
let them graduate first then consider CPL
All Pilots slctd in 2023 still not joined yet!
@AnnoyedTrainee @troubledtrainee Fortunately one A/c returned back to apron, that was taxiing and realized time to go back. I don’t know why FTOs force students to fly in such conditions even after knowing the Weather. If Student Pilot denies to fly, he/she will be grounded for months.
40-50% Incidents are not even reported,
and the matter is closed internally.
No one is aware about the recent Red Bird incident. Few students were seriously injured coz A/Cs were not tied instead asked students to hold the A/Cs while gusting…
Stndts were blackmd not to share
Rate of accidents continue to prove the DFT in @DGCAIndia is ineffective and incompetent. No circulars issued have reduced accidents. Bribery continues to jeopardize Flight Safety. @MoCA_GoI must investigate AAIB. @CaptShaktiLumba@the_hindu
Ghr vaalo ko bola Engineering krke Pilot banunga,
Ghr vaalo ne full support kiya and bole jab Pilot he banna hai toh Eng. mt kar.
kisko pat that yaha 1Cr. + lag jayenge uske baad bhi Job ka kuch ata pata nhi rahega.
CPL, ATPL, TR sbh hai bs Job nhi 🥲
@737avi8R@nakulvk 40hrs PIC (20PIC+20PIC for AFI) within 1 year, if you do just after your CPL, you already have PIC and rest 20HR PIC for AFI rating is required else 40Hrs you have to do.
