How to not run a startup?
Spent Rs 18k for service & complete break setup replacement. After few days, same break noise came back. Tried to submit warranty claim on mobile & laptop. Eureka. Button is disabled 😁
Called customer support. Never got a callback.

@oyeanimesh @Flipkart While digital wave has created a hyper agile market for everything, services arw getting worse. I tried to return a printer in Amazon and couldn't. I tried to raise a complain on Gomechanic. No one cared to call back.

@GMEscalations Shared everything yesterday. Waited the whole day. No one called or took any action. Same thing happened when I called on customer support number. She promised me a callback in 2 hrs but its few days now. Why did you disabled the claim warranty button? Why is your service so bad?

@jka1211jayant @gomechanicindia Same thing happening to everyone. Problem is that it's easy to create a marketplace website but not easy to enforce quality for all partner garages. That is where Indian startups are not doing well. Lack of service in service industry is not acceptable.

@Bose I had a car breakin on 12/26 in SFO and among many things my Bose 700 NC headphones are stolen. How to mark is lost so that the next person who tries to register knows that its stolen and its mine. I was able to do the same for my Apple iPad and Airpod Pro.

@ATTHelp So I complained about my Mobile Security plan not being Plus by default (having elite plan) and ATT assures me it will be fixed and I never get a call back? Wow!! No 24*7 support also. Guess am stuck with this stupid carrier now.
