Survived Death Road!
Started in the snow capped mountains of La Cumbre at around 15,000 feet and biked down 42 miles of winedy, narrow, and rocky roads to Yolosa, which is around 4,000 feet. Was really cool to see how the scenery around you changed as you descend.
Hopped on an overnight bus at 9pm. It’s 10am and I still haven’t reached my destination due to an uncharacteristic snowstorm in Uyuni (was supposed to reach there at 7) - road is blocked.
@Dodo_24 Moving but slowly, word is that there is an accident. Trip was fairly smooth until we got to about 50-60 miles out. I think you should be good for tonight as snow will melt by then.
