@rblbank @RBLBankCares ready to close my card but not accept their mistake. Used my RBL Extra CC 4 times at same ptrl pump, got rewards only once. Their reason: bills came in dealer’s nme. How is a custmr supssed to knw which POS mchine a petrol pump uses? rbl bank is a scam.

4th Cadre Review of CSS—due in 2018-was constituted only in Oct 2022, & remains pending even after 1000 days.
While 28 other cadre reviews were approved within a year,CSS still awaits justice.
We appeal for time-bound Cadre Review & NFU to restore parity and morale.

@IndiaHaier you have useless service team. I have purchased haier AC last year from croma and now I am complaining everyday since 19 apr to visit for ac check up but still even after 1 week, no technician has visited or cntctd me. Is this hw you treat ur customers? @cromaretail
