RS.46500 Additional Fee for Rs.300 Fee payment. That too was filed 31/12/2020 within time but unable to generate challan due MCA Site issues.(Screenshot Attached) Who is responsible for this. Client is ready to pay,portal hasnt accepted payment,even if its last date.#extendcfss

Where can we file complaint against MCA site?
We are not allowed to file our forms and we have to accept their appologies, but they wont extend dates, remove additional fees, best part we are charged for their site not working!
