To get a Lyft WAV pickup. So by the time I noticed, the driver was already here. I wasn’t expecting that but I had to cancel. I couldn’t use the vehicle.

@AskLyft I am a wheelchair user and need a wheelchair accessible van to get around. On 9/14, I accidentally requested a regular vehicle that I could not even use. I could not find another wheelchair accessible WAV lyft at all. I was charged a cancellation fee

I would like a refund of the fee. If Lyft had more accessible vehicles I wouldn’t have to keep ordering rides and in the process make such mistakes. Please understand my situation. I could not even use the vehicle. I am so used to having to wait almost 30 min

I would appreciate if you can please reach out to me. Someone who works at Philips Respironics. I like the Philips machines but unfortunately I cannot seem to get a replacement sent out. This is. 2 week process and I’ve been spending so much time on this.

@PhilipsResp I have Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and I used on the machines recalled. I have been trying to get my replacement and it has been extremely challenging. I have had to call my doctor everyday for a week and your call center.

This is extremely frustrating. The machines were recalled in 2021 and it is taking so long to replace them. I depend on my BiPaP. I cannot sleep without one. I have had to use a BiPaP that may be life threatening.

5/ It makes me wonder if NJ/RWJ actually consulted with people with disabilities regarding fair and equitable vaccination access.

1/ @GovMurphy Got my first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine! Thanks for prioritizing high risk individuals. But equitable access also means physical accessibility. When I arrived at RWJ Somerset, I, a wheelchair user, was asked by security, how I’d get down the steps @RWJBarnabas.

4/ While I wish that the Middlesex County Megasite/RWJ had included some sort of accessibility upfront, people with disabilities in NJ should not have to choose where to receive their vaccine based on accessibility.
