@airindia My Paris–Coimbatore flight on July 3 was cancelled last minute with no prior notice. Now being told next flight is only on July 9!
Customer care was rude and unhelpful. No effort to reschedule at earlier. Very poor service.

And Hospital will send me a report to my mail I’d. Will that be valid to show in airport.

@BootsHelp Bought £104 Pre-payment card 21/09. Went in store 09/10 to find form still on desk and asked for it to be submitted. Chased 23/10 and apparently 'lost' and resubmitted urgently. Checked today and NHS have still not received form. Absolutely disgusting what is going on?
