• 𝐀𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐣𝐮𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐔𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐀𝐌𝐑𝐔𝐓): Sewer/drainage upgrades failed; ₹2.4K Cr spent vs. ₹8.4K Cr released. Urban infra remains neglected.

• 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐣𝐚𝐧𝐚 (𝐏𝐌𝐀𝐘) / 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐥: Social welfare promise broken; funds spent (₹3.2K Cr?) lag behind ₹29.7K Cr released, housing targets missed.

• 𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐲𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐘𝐨𝐣𝐚𝐧𝐚 / 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: Poverty focus ignored; only ₹848 Cr spent from ₹1.5K Cr released. Skill training for youth barely implemented.

• 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐣𝐚𝐧𝐚: Preservation aims flop; ₹32.6 Cr spent out of ₹248 Cr released. Heritage sites left in disrepair.

Total allocated: ₹36.5K Cr, but only 21% Utilized.
